Flame's executive coaching programme is an intense programme, purposefully designed to help the individual develop an acute self-awareness of both inherent strengths and talents, and also developmental areas in order to rapidly progress. Working on both concurrently has the impact of generating the most powerful upward change as quickly and as easily as possible.

The typical executive coaching programme is a programme of twelve sessions over twelve weeks, conducted on a one-on-one basis. Shorter programmes and ad hoc sessions can also be booked. The sessions may be either face-to-face or on the telephone.
